For almost 95 years, Lewis County General Hospital has been here for our community-caring for neighbors, families, and generations of residents close to home. Today, we have an exciting opportunity to strengthen that legacy for the future of our hospital.

The Lewis County Hospital Foundation has been awarded a matching grant opportunity through the Northern New York Community Foundation to grow our Endowment Fund. Over the next three years, every dollar donated to the Endowment Fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Community Foundation, up to a total of $25,000!

This means your charitable gift to the Endowment Fund will have twice the impact.

Our Endowment Fund at the Community Foundation provides long-term financial stability for our hospital and helps ensure that quality healthcare remains available here in Lewis County for generations to come. Earnings from the fund support important programs, services, equipment, and future healthcare needs right here at home.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will help us reach the $25,000 match and increase our Endowment Fund by $50,000 to build a stronger future for local healthcare.
