The Great Pumpkin Run
The Lewis County Hospital Foundation sponsored the Great Pumpkin Run on Saturday, October 26th
The Lewis County Hospital Foundation held the Great Pumpkin Run 5K on Saturday, October 26 at the Lewis County Fairgrounds. 100 runners and walkers enjoyed the brisk morning to run or walk 3.1 miles to raise funds to support the creation of the Designated Helicopter Landing Zone at Lewis County General Hospital. Participants dressed in their finest Halloween costumes and prizes were awarded in a variety of categories. Finisher medals were awarded to all participants and first place medals were given to runners in each gender and age group.
The event raised over $6,500.
