Memorial and Honorary Brick Campaign 

The Lewis County Hospital Foundation is conducting an on-going Memorial and Honorary Brick Campaign at Lewis County General Hospital.  The bricks are installed at the main entrance of the Hospital.  The Hospital Foundation invites community members to purchase a commemorative brick to remember a loved one, honor a friend, thank a member of the medical staff or engrave your own name or your family’s name on a brick to show your appreciation for our community Hospital.  If you would like to order a brick, please download the order form below.
